Registered Nurse – Casual Position

Uralla Family Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our supportive and professional team.

The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of clinical areas, working alongside our doctors and clinical team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting clinicians during consultations and procedures

• Medication, injections and vaccinations

• Health assessments, Care Plans and Reviews

• Iron infusions and venesections

• Wound care and management

• ECGs and spirometry

• Clinical equipment sterilisation and maintenance

• Vaccine and cold-chain management

• Maintaining clinical supplies and stock

• Using Best Practice clinical software

• Building positive relationships with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Essential Criteria

• Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications.

• Current CPR, First Aid certification and Working With Children Certificate

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
